HOW TO ORDER
On the "shop online' page, you may add the products of your choice simply by clicking on the Add To Cart buttons. You will be directed to the Paypal website where you will be able to set up a secure, fast and free paypal account. When you are finished setting up your account you will be able to continue shopping and finish your ordering of Greenbody Greenplanet products safely. When you are finished with your order, please check it carefully before finalizing. (See return policy)

Paypal provides a secure server (SSL) and additional security to make your transactions safe. Paypal is used by over 7 million users and is the most respected online payment processor.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has been received. We ship either USPS priority mail or UPS and you should receive your order within 2-5 business days.

We are sorry, but we do not ship internationally at this time. Canadian orders require extra shipping costs and we will notify you via email of the additional charge.

We believe strongly in re-using and recycling and your order may arrive in a box with a name other than Greenbody Greenplanet on it. We encourage you to also re-use or recycle our packaging!

SALES TAX
All orders being shipped will be charged Minnesota sales tax, as required by law.

SHIPPING RATES
Please double check your information for accuracy. We are not responsible if shipment is received by another party due to an error on your behalf.

Customers paying by paypal must change their delivery address in paypal if upon check out if it differs from their billing address. We are not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect address.

RETURN POLICY
Refunds are made on a case by case basis. refunds will not be made if you have ordered incorrectly or simply changed your mind. We will be happy to exchange your product if it was damaged during shipping. Items being returned must have an authorization number and be in its original packaging.
